Dietitian Services Are Insurance Billable

Most people don't invest in their health until there is a problem because of the cost associated with seeing healthcare providers.

But what most don't know is that dietitian services are covered by most private insurance plans in Ontario, Canada.

You can see a dietitian for $0 from your own pocket using your current insurance plan. All you do is send the receipt for the services I provide to you to your insurance provider, and they will take care of it if you have coverage.

If food feels like a constant battle, making you feel like you're stuck in a loop of following trends, trying to find something that really sticks, only to find yourself disappointed with the result. Dietitian services might be for you.

It's not your fault that you feel stuck.

In the era of technology, there's so much information (and misinformation) that makes it impossible to know what to do. You're not alone. There are so many people who feel frustrated with their diet, knowing its impact on their health.

But why should you trust me? Check out my video below and my article on the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist.

My Promise To You

With my approach focused on change for life, you'll feel less stress and uncertainty around food to allow you to enjoy life more. Every session is focused on you and finding changes you would be happy to do for the rest of your life so you can be healthy for life.

When working with me, you'll learn how to:

1. Achieve Your Personal Health Goals

We all have different goals that require slightly different approaches. Regardless of whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance, or health optimization, you'll learn the "why" behind the food you're eating so you can be confident in choosing what to eat and when to eat it.

2. Get Results Without Going To Extremes

You don't need to do carnivore, keto, or intermittent fasting to achieve your goals. Eliminating entire food groups from your diet is unnecessary and can be damaging to your body.

3. Focus on Habits and Not The Scale

Weight is part of health, but not the whole thing. Too many people get caught up in the number on the scale and forget about all of the positive changes they have made. Making improvements to your diet is incredibly valuable, regardless of its impact on the scale (but scale wins will come).

4. Balance Health and Enjoyment

Many people think that you have to give up enjoyment to be healthy, but with the right system, you can have both. The best diet is one you enjoy following!

5. Maintain Your Habits Long Term

The most important part of your plan is how to maintain it long-term. Working with me, you'll know exactly what habits you need to have to be in good health.
