How It Works

Wondering what it looks like to work with me? Below, I have outlined the step-by-step process I take with my clients from their first call to achieving their big milestones and then maintenance. 

1. Book Your Free Consult Call

The consult call gives us the opportunity to get clear on your goals and make sure you are a good fit for the services that I offer. If you qualify, we will select a service or package and book your first appointment.

2. Book Your Diet and Lifestyle Assessment

During the consult call or soon after, you will book your initial dietitian assessment at a time that is convenient for you. In-person options are available for anyone living in Sudbury, Ontario. Virtual services are available for anyone in Ontario, Canada.

3. Select Your Add-Ons

If there are any additional add-ons you would like, you will be prompted to select them. These include, but are not limited to, email support or 24/7 access to me via phone. Please see the services tab for additional information.

4. Complete Intake Forms and Onboarding Course

Once your appointment is booked and add-ons are selected, I will send you a welcome email. It will outline everything you need to know to be prepared for the initial assessment, and it includes my 60-minute mini course.

The course outlines the basics you need to know about diet, so that I can spend more time helping you solve your problems during the appointment instead of delivering verbal education without time for practical advice.

5. Attend Your Dietitian Assessment

Now it's time for your first appointment. All you need to do after this is show up, and I'll take care of the rest.

In this appointment, we will do a comprehensive overview of your past medical history, including any medications you may be taking. We will review what you have tried in order to achieve your desired goal and why it didn't work for you. Then we will go through what your average day of eating looks like. 

​

These pieces of information will show me what needs to happen for you to see results. I will provide you with additional education, tools, and recommendations to ensure you see results.

6. Review Your Personalized Plan

After the assessment, I will send you an e-book with your fully personalized plan. It will include a written summary of the appointment, all of the recommendations I provided to you, and systems you can use to make it happen. That way, you'll never be stuck guessing what you need to do.

7. Try Things Out

Now that you have the plan, it's your job to use the recommendations provided so you can start seeing results. It's that easy!

8. Book Follow-Up

Follow-up is optional but highly recommended. Having the information and the system is one part. But being able to apply it every day is the challenge.

 

Follow-up allows us to troubleshoot when you face challenges in your journey to reduce how long it takes for you to achieve your goals. 

9. Come Back For Re-Assessment (optional)

After you've achieved your goal, there is an option to have a bi-annual or annual reassessment done to give you peace of mind that your dietary habits will continue to support your health.
