You've tried the diets, bought the supplements, and you're still stuck. Hungry, frustrated, and even weaker than when you started.
I get it, I've been there, and I've seen too many clients who have done the same.

My Story: From Anxious To Expert
Growing up, I was a very anxious kid, as most people from my generation still are. Always overthinking and stuck in my own head. I was too afraid to chase my goals and isolated myself socially for most of my life.
I was never happy with myself and turned to the gym to bring me a sense of control and validation. And while it worked, I also fell for it all. The BS training programs, supplements, and a false sense of security.
Eventually, I found my way out of that toxic relationship with myself.
I learned the basics from people who knew better than me and built confidence through winning my own mental health struggles.
After this, I knew I wanted to work in the fitness space. But I was always under the impression that you couldn't make a reasonable wage as a personal trainer... boy was I wrong. So I pursued dietetics, which just happened to be the right path for me. I started coaching as a personal trainer and a nutritionist after my first year of university, following my original passion, and haven't thought about anything else since.
My Beliefs On Food And Strength
Diet culture has brought on this misconception that, because of processed foods, restriction is the only way forward. And although to a degree, self-control needs to be part of it, the idea of restriction is very contradictory to the very purpose of food.
Food is a source of fuel.
Your body needs it to thrive. Without enough of the right nutrients, your body will break down. The mindset of maximizing restriction completely dismisses your body's need for energy and high-quality nutrients.
This messaging hurts people more than it helps them, despite many people feeling self-righteous about spreading it.
People who follow the path of restriction learn the hard way and end up looking for someone like me.
If you're in this position, thank you for having enough humility to be here, starting over again.
Instead of finding everything you need to restrict, you need to focus on what you need to add. This is the shift that leads to long-term change in health, wealth, and mindset.
Here's How I Help People
I don't hand out meal plans.
I don't prescribe supplements.
I don't tell people they can't eat their favourite foods.
I teach.
I equip people with knowledge and teach them how to build systems in their life, which allows them to apply that knowledge in a way that fits their life so they can ditch the dieting.
A meal plan is great when you can follow it. But once life happens and you can't follow the plan because you never learned anything, you end up lost and frustrated.
You never failed the plan; that plan was never designed to work.
You need knowledge and practice applying it.
That way, no matter where you are or what you have access to, you'll know how you can take care of yourself.
This is what I help people build with my services and my content. It's the way of sustainable nutrition coaching.
What Working With Me Looks Like
If you’re ready to take action, we start with a free discovery call.
We’ll get clear on your goals, your past experience, and whether we’re a good fit to work together.
From there, we move into a full initial assessment.
Before your appointment, I’ll send you a short educational module that covers the nutrition basics. This frees up our time to focus on you and your specific challenges.
After the session, you’ll get a personalized written guide. It includes:
A summary of your assessment
My specific recommendations
Any relevant education or tools you’ll need
Clear next steps, you can start applying right away
You’ll walk away with something valuable and practical. It's a resource you can return to again and again.
If we decide follow-up is the right call, we’ll build a schedule that fits your lifestyle and keeps you accountable. Some of my clients even get direct messaging access so they can check in as needed.
All of this together provides the education needed, enough time to find systems that work, and enough accountability that it would be unreasonable not to be successful.
