Why Work With a Sudbury Dietitian

Sudbury’s Preventive Health and Sports Dietitian

As a dietitian, I offer a level of trust you can’t find from social media coaches online, generating testimonials with AI. On social media, anyone can pretend to be a nutrition expert, but in order to be a dietitian, you have to go through 5+ years of schooling and pass a national exam to prove you actually know your stuff.

I offer clinical-grade nutrition expertise personalised in a way that online platforms and hospitals with 4-8 month wait times cannot keep up with. It’s personalised, accessible nutrition care with real accountability, available in-person or virtually on your schedule. And after losing over 50lbs, reversing stage 2 hypertension, and improving my own health, I promise you it works.

Whether you’re managing diabetes, trying to lose weight without restriction, or optimising performance as an athlete, my approach is built around your life, not a generic protocol.

Regulated & Insurance-Eligible

As a Registered Dietitian (RD), my services are covered by most Ontario extended health benefit plans. You get quality care without paying out of pocket.

Sudbury Dietitian Max Snider

About Your Dietitian

I Needed To Work on My Own Health Too

I’m Max Snider, a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer based in Sudbury, Ontario. Before becoming an RD, I needed to lose over 60 lbs myself. I know what it feels like to be buried in conflicting nutrition advice, exhausted by diets that don’t work, and stuck in cycles that feel impossible to break.

That experience shaped how I work. I don’t prescribe generic protocols. I build systems around your actual life (your schedule, your preferences, your health history) using the same evidence-based approach that worked for me (and my other clients, too).

The title “Nutritionist” is not regulated in Ontario. That means anyone can legally call themselves a nutritionist, regardless of education or training.
